Meet our President, Louie Colatriano

KBHS is responsible for all mortgage origination and fulfillment services for KB Home. Mr. Colatriano and his team are committed to homebuyers. This commitment extends to the ability to provide quick and quality responses at the beginning of the loan decision process, constant communication during the process and an on-time closing with exceptional service along the way.

Prior to launching KBHS in 2016, Louie served as the EVP of Finance for Stearns Lending, LLC, leading efforts to profitably grow originations and maximize mortgage-production margins across all Stearns Home Loans business channels. Mr. Colatriano also spent a bulk of his career at Bank of America, serving as the SVP of National Accounts (National Builder Division and Renovation Lending) and as the SVP of Finance.
